# Sierra On-Line

## Overview
Sierra On-Line (originally On-Line Systems, later Sierra Entertainment) was the flagship American video game publisher founded in 1979 by [[Designers/Ken Williams\|Ken Williams]] and [[Designers/Roberta Williams\|Roberta Williams]]. The company pioneered the graphic adventure game genre and published some of the most influential games in PC gaming history, including the King's Quest, Space Quest, Police Quest, Leisure Suit Larry, and Quest for Glory series.
